Pilot terms — 100% refund

$20 lock-in

To lock in a Goal Groups pilot cohort, you pay $20 through Stripe (descriptor GOALGROUPS). That is separate from anything your host charges. Goal Groups holds it; the host does not receive this payment.

Fully refundable for this pilot

• Goal Groups refunds 100% of the $20 whether or not the member finishes the cohort.
• No forfeits until further notice.
• No prize pot or celebration fund from missed deposits during this pilot.
• Refunds go to the card you paid with after the cohort (or earlier if canceled / undersubscribed / you withdraw before start).

Attendance

Hosts may use QR check-in so the crew can see who showed up. During this pilot, attendance does not change your refund — you get the $20 back either way.

Hosts & safety

Sessions are run by the host, not Goal Groups. The host’s own rules and waiver apply.
